Restrictions:

• If a member of your group is wheelchair bound, you must call (808) 207-2659 prior to booking to make sure we can accommodate.
• Motorized wheelchairs are not allowed.
• Passengers need to step up onto the ramp, walk the ramp, and step down into the vessel, then guests can be immediately seated.
• Walkers and collapsible wheelchairs can be brought aboard, however, motorized chairs or scooters are not allowed.

Make sure to arrive a little bit early! Once on board, there is plenty of space for all our guests.

• A 72-hour notice is required for a refund.
• Only exception is a note from a local doctor.
• No-shows will be charged in full.
