Requirements
Minimum Age: 6 years old. Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult participant.
Minimum Weight: 40 lbs. Those between 40–60 lbs will ride tandem with a certified guide (not with another participant).
Maximum Weight: 275 lbs. You will be weighed at check-in. If you are over the weight limit, you will not be allowed to participate and no refunds will be issued.
Shoes: Securable, close-toed shoes required. Athletic shoes recommended. (Limited water shoes available for purchase.)
Gear: Only gear provided by Coral Crater (helmet, harness, trolley, etc.) may be used.
Health: We do not recommend participation with pre-existing injuries, back, neck, or heart issues. Please consult your doctor if unsure.
Pregnancy: If you are pregnant, congratulations — but unfortunately, you cannot participate in this tour.
Weather: This is an outdoor adventure and operates in all weather conditions.
Duration: Tour times vary based on group size and individual speeds.
Opt-out Policy: If you choose to opt out at check-in or during the activity, you are not eligible for a refund.
Waiver: All participants must sign a waiver prior to participation.
