Guidelines:

• For each guest weighing 240 pounds or more, an adjacent, empty seat purchase is required to safely balance the aircraft. The charge for a comfort seat is reduced to 50% off of the regular tour price.

• Prompt arrival allows for guest weight check-in (240 lb max per person; front seats 470 lb combined weight), safety briefing, and escort to aircraft for on-time departure

• Check-in 45 minutes prior to scheduled flight time

• Late arrivals will be considered a no-show and non-refundable; traffic is unpredictable in the Islands, allow ample travel time

• Wear dark clothing to minimize reflection in photos

• Dress comfortably; aircraft are temperature controlled

• Smartphones allowed in airplane mode

• Selfie sticks and extendable wands are not permitted aboard aircraft

• Not permitted on aircraft: hats, scarves, bandanas, iPads or tablet computers, purses, bags, or camera bags

• Do not scuba dive within 24 hours of departure

• Tour times may vary based upon wind and weather conditions
