Lineup at Wai Kai – Cabanas & Loungers

The Surfside Cabanas transform the surf deck into 6 open-air living rooms adjacent to the Wai Kai Wave and positioned for amazing views of the Wai Kai Lagoon and the Pacific Ocean with its sunset skies. For a day with your family or friends at The LineUp or renting all six of the cabanas for a group to celebrate a special occasion — there’s no better place to post-up at Wai Kai.

Cabanas can accommodate groups of 4 or 6 and both types feature interior sofa seating, vented privacy walls and curtains, as well as an adjoining common area. Each cabana includes a mini-refrigerator, WiFi, sound system, video feed for streaming services or to watch the surf from the Wai Kai Wave. If you book a Surfside Cabana you will enjoy the convenience of being able to order food and beverages from your cabana server. (Note: Food and beverage offerings coming soon.)

NALO KAI LOUNGE: The Nalo Kai Lounge features a club-style locker room, showers, and air-conditioned lounge with concierge services. And no wallet needed - access everything with paperless and cashless RFID wristbands!

BEACH LOUNGE CHAIRS: Book one of our individual or double-clamshell lounge chairs at the waterfront, which include complimentary access to the private Nalo Kai Club Lounge. Guests using the waterfront lounge chairs will access to food service from the nearby Foam Coffee & Bar for snacks, smoothies and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

By renting one of our beach lounge chairs, you get complimentary access to the Nalo Kai Club, where you can cool off in the air-conditioned lounge, use the shower, change rooms, and club-style lockers.

The individual lounge chairs have a retractable cover and the double lounge chairs (only rented as a pair) include a side table and a "clam-shell" type of retractable cover for optional sun protection. The lounge chairs are rented as either a morning rental (opening until 12:00 noon), or for the afternoon (12:30 PM to 4:30 PM), or for the full day.

WATERCRAFT RENTALS: You can also add-on to your waterfront experience by exploring the Wai Kai Lagoon on any of our variety of watercraft rentals such as kayaks, stand-up paddle boards (SUPs), Hydro Bikes, Pedalboards, and more! We recommend booking your watercraft in advance or to pre-book the unique "PLAY YOUR WAY" package that allows you to swap-out multiple types of watercraft all for the same price as a standard kayak or SUP booking. Guests must be a minimum of 30lbs to participate in activities on the Wai Kai Lagoon. All guests on watercraft in the Wai Kai Lagoon are required to wear personal flotation devices.

BEACH PARTY: As the sun sets, you can transform the beach at the Wai Kai Lagoon into an exclusive space where you and your guests can relax with your toes in the sand, enjoy the views, and indulge in customized food and drinks from our banquet menu. Whether you choose to keep your event intimate with acoustic music, liven things up with a DJ, or create a celebration with Polynesian dance and song; the beach at the Wai Kai Lagoon will transform to fit your needs and vision. This is one of the more unique venue options in Oahu and sure to be one of our most popular party locations. Relax in style with your own covered beach lounge chair on the beach at the Wai Kai Lagoon. Enjoy food and beverage service delivered right to you as well as easy access to the Foam Coffee & Bar at your convenience.
