• Public Transportation is available through the Waikiki Shuttle. There is a fee to use public transportation

Restrictions

• Observer Packages: Available for adults and supervised children 2 years and up

• Minimum Parasailing Age: 6 years old

• Weight Limits:

  • Minimum 125 lbs

  • Maximum 425 lbs for double or triple flights

  • Solo flights require double payment and meeting weight requirements

• Weather & Safety: All flights are subject to weather conditions, and the captain has final authority on safe operation

• Arrival: Boats leave promptly at the scheduled time; late arrivals may forfeit flight

Additional Information

• Notify staff of medical conditions, pregnancy, or age restrictions before booking

• Activities may not be recommended for pregnant women, senior citizens, or those with heart, blood pressure, or diabetes concerns

• Adverse weather or other factors may cause schedule changes, delays, or cancellations

• Dress & Safety:

  • Avoid sandals or slippers to prevent slipping

  • Motion sickness medication recommended one hour before boarding

  • Do not consume bananas before boarding (traditional “jinx” warning!)

• Diving guests should avoid flying for at least 24 hours after water activities
