Guidelines

• Prompt arrival allows for guest weight check-in (240 lbs max per person; front seats 470 lbs combined), safety briefing, and seating for on-time departure.
• Check-in is 45 minutes prior to scheduled flight time.
• Late arrivals will be considered a no-show and are non-refundable. Traffic is unpredictable; allow ample travel time.
• Please wear dark clothing to minimize reflection in photos.
• Dress comfortably; aircraft are temperature controlled.
• Smartphones are OK; must be in airplane mode.
• Selfie sticks and extendable wands are not permitted aboard the aircraft.
• Not permitted on aircraft: hats, scarves, bandanas, tablets, purses, bags, or camera bags.
• Do not scuba dive within 24 hours of departure.
• Tour times may vary based on wind and weather conditions.
• Optional flight USBs and souvenirs are available for purchase at the heliport.
• Accurate body weights are important. Under-reporting may result in cancellation due to weight limitations.
• Tour sights and routes subject to weather and pilot’s discretion.

Cancellation Policy

A 72-hour notice is required for a refund. The only exception is a note from a local doctor. No-shows will be charged in full.
