From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed with a traditional Hawaiian Shell Lei. The evening begins with the sounding of the conch shell and the arrival of the Royal Court of Polynesia. Witness the unearthing of the imu (underground oven) and smell the savory Kalua Pua’a (roasted pig)—the main course of the night.

Enjoy a Hawaiian-American dinner buffet with an array of island favorites, followed by a spectacular Polynesian show featuring dances from Hawaii, Tahiti, Samoa, Fiji, and New Zealand.
