Know Before You Go
Arrive 1 hour prior for safety briefing
Remove all jewelry before activity
Wear biodegradable sunscreen only
Bring towels and proper swimwear; changing facilities available
Life vests are required for all participants

Toe rings must be removed for in-water activities
Secure valuables in hotel safe or on-site lockers ($6 rental)
Prescription/protective eyewear allowed if secured
Hats must be snug; hair tied back
Physical Requirements
Able to walk on uneven or sloped surfaces
Enter/exit water via stairs without assistance
