Know Before You Go
Arrive 1 hour prior for check-in and safety briefing
Remove all jewelry before encounter
Wear biodegradable sunscreen only
Bring towels and proper clothing; changing facilities available
Family-friendly attire required: cover-ups after water activities
Jewelry & Personal Items
Remove removable jewelry (exceptions for wedding rings or nose piercings)
Toe rings must be removed for in-water activities
Secure valuables in hotel safe or on-site lockers ($6 rental)
Prescription/protective eyewear allowed if secured
Hats must be snug; hair tied back
Physical Requirements
Able to walk on uneven or sloped surfaces
Enter/exit water via stairs without assistance

Sunscreen & Safety
Use reef-safe sunscreen (Zinc oxide or Titanium dioxide)
Expectant mothers not recommended for in-water activities
