Guidelines

• For each guest weighing 240 lbs or more, an adjacent empty seat purchase is required for aircraft balance. The comfort seat is charged at 50% off the regular tour price.
• Guest weight check-in required (240 lbs max per person; front seats 470 lbs combined weight).
• Check-in is 45 minutes prior to flight.
• Late arrivals will be considered no-shows and are non-refundable. Allow ample time for traffic delays.
• Please wear dark clothing to minimize reflection in photos.
• Dress comfortably; aircraft are temperature controlled.
• Smartphones are OK; must be in airplane mode.
• Selfie sticks and extendable wands are not permitted.
• Not permitted on aircraft: hats, scarves, bandanas, tablets, purses, bags, or camera bags.
• No scuba diving within 24 hours before departure.
• Tour times may vary based on wind and weather conditions.
• Optional USB recordings and souvenirs available at the heliport.
• Accurate body weights are required. Under-reporting may result in cancellation.
• Tour sights and routes subject to weather at pilot’s discretion.

Cancellation Policy

A 72-hour notice is required for a refund. The only exception is a note from a local doctor. No-shows will be charged in full.
