  Includes transportation to Big Island Airport only. Clients are responsible for getting to the airport in Oahu.

Round-trip transfer from all hotels in Waikiki not included.

Check-in Instructions:
Guests must check in at the Hawaiian Airlines ticket counter at least 1 hour prior to departure and for the return flight. Upon arrival to Hilo, guests will go to the end of the terminal, down the last escalator (follow the sign to baggage claim D), and be greeted at the bottom by an Aloha Sunshine Tours guide. The guide will be wearing a welcoming aloha shirt and black slacks.

Guidelines:

• This tour is non-refundable or reschedulable once it’s booked.

• Must present a valid photo ID.

• Must present voucher to bus driver in Hilo.

• All guests are required to sign a waiver of liability release form.

• Per Hawaiian Airlines, errors in spelling are subject to additional fees to correct.

• Helicopter max weight: 240 lb.

• Comfort seats are half the list price.

• Policies set forth by Hawaiian Airlines that govern air travel apply to this tour.

• Tours that involve inter-island flights are required by Federal law to provide the Transportation Security Administration with the full names, date of birth, and gender of all passengers.

• U.S. citizens must present a current government-issued picture ID, and international visitors are required to have a valid passport.

• Incorrect spelling of names, missing middle names or initials, and wrong birth dates could result in additional airline change fees and/or denied boarding.

• Regrettably, we are unable to refund any portion of the tour due to non-compliance with these federal regulations.
